  • CNC Turning Service

    High-precision CNC turning for cylindrical, conical, and threaded parts. Ideal for shafts, bushings, connectors, and rotational components at any volume. A mirror finish with a Ra 0.05μm level is achieved through mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing, and fine grinding.

  • CNC Milling Service

    3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries, pockets, and contoured surfaces. Suitable for aluminum, steel, titanium, and engineering plastics to tight tolerances. Stainless steel is difficult to process, easily deformed, and causes rapid tool wear. We achieve integrated processing of complex stainless steel parts by using specialized tools, stable cutting parameters, and process path control.

    • 3/4/5-Axis milling
    • Table size: up to 2000×1000mm

    • Surface roughness: Ra 0.4μm (standard); mirror finish up to Ra 0.05μm on stainless steel

  • CNC Turn-Milling Service

    Turn-mill compound machining completes turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, chamfering in a single clamping. High precision and efficiency, capable of processing polyhedrons, eccentric parts, complex shafts and special-shaped joints.

    • Complete multiple operations (turning, milling, drilling) in one setup
    • Coaxiality: ≤ 0.005mm
    • Bar diameter: ≤ Ø66mm | Length: ≤ 349mm
    • Ideal for small-batch, high-precision, complex parts
