How do you keep anodize or finish color consistent across batches for UAV & Drone arm joint & gimbal
Why color drifts
For UAV & Drone arm joint & gimbal mount with a visible finish, batch-to-batch color shift comes from alloy lot, bath chemistry and current density. LusterControl controls it with in-house anodize/electropolish, batch-locked process parameters and a color check against an approved master — so your 0.005 mm light-weight stiffness concern stays contained.
What to agree
- A signed color master (Pantone or sample).
- One alloy lot per production run where possible.
- A color-check record in the lot traceability file.
Spare-part reproducibility and rework assurance.
