From Turn-Mill Compound & Mirror Finishing to Every High-Difficulty Material

We transfer the proven expertise from turn-mill compound machining and stainless steel mirror finishing to a wide range of high-difficulty materials. Whether it is stainless steel valves, aluminum enclosures, or PEEK medical parts — every material receives the same precision commitment backed by years of process development.

Precision Control for Tight-Tolerance & Easy-to-Machine Materials

Plastic is easy to deform. But if you can achieve high precision on stainless steel, you can definitely control tolerances on plastics. LC Manufacturing excels at two categories of precision material control.

Hard-to-Machine Materials

Stainless steel, titanium, superalloys, PEEK — controlled by process expertise and optimized cutting parameters.

  • Stainless Steel Mirror Finishing (Ra 0.2)
  • Titanium & Inconel High-Temp Control
  • PEEK & PTFE Precision Machining

Easy-to-Deform Materials

Engineering plastics, thin-wall aluminum — controlled by specialized fixturing and stress-relief strategies.

  • POM / Delrin ±0.01mm Tolerance
  • Thin-Wall Aluminum Anti-Deformation
  • Nylon & UHMW-PE Warp Prevention
